We have a situation where a user needs to add stuff to a cart, check it out, not pay anything up front, but then mail us with a check and a copy of the bill (or partial payment.)
Originally years ago when we implemented e-Junkie, we had an option where users could say "bill me later." This applied a 100% discount to the cart (items and shipping). When they processed it, it used the free checkout and sent them the email. It showed the item amounts before the discounts so a person could see what they were ordering, cost wise. Then if they clicked "invoice me/bill me later" they used to get an email with the old item amount, and then the discount, and then the zero cost.
Something happened a short time ago though (and I don't think it was the new cart). Now when users get the email, it shows the zero cost, but no longer lists the pre-invoice price, just zero, so the users no longer know what they owe us by looking at the email
I need some way of someone picking items from our catalog, clicking "bill me later", not being charged, and then getting an email with the costs shown so they can mail us a check later.
Did something change? Is it possible to do this?
Thanks-
Rocco
