I added a product last night and like the new shopping cart buttons. Do you have a newsletter that I can sign up for that announces such changes and additions?

We don't run an email list but we do make announcements about major changes in our Status and Updates forum here:
New feature updates are also listed within your account in the green "New Features" section on the main dashboard screen.
