Right now we're still anticipating a launch within Q1 2014; thanks for your patience.

Being as patient as possible, but we're down to two weeks left in the quarter, and not a peep about the new admin ... any update for us? I'm so tired of not being able to access eJunkie from my mobile devices.

thanks;

Latest word from Development is still projecting that the new Admin will be complete by end of month or so, and we're already testing the screens they have completed so far.

How much longer, any idea? Or can we expect it by the end of this month...

Development keeps saying lately we're down to an ETA of "a week or so" for completion of the new Admin, so we're closing in on it fast; they just keep finding little wrinkles to iron out as they tie up all the loose ends, so that's been taking more time than they anticipated but bodes well for rapid QA testing before we take it live.

Thanks for the tip DallasCVB! The FlashFox browser actually does work (and I had tried many before that claimed to work but didn't). I also have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

Still, I'm looking forward to eJunkie's new interface.

I've since dug deeper into using FlashFox on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Android phone. I am able to log into eJunkie using FlashFox but I'm not having luck using the "Send Free Download Link / Code" feature, which is the primary reason I've been waiting for eJunkie to develop the new HTML5 functionality. So I can send my customers a new download link if theirs expires.

The drop down menu to select the product is not fully functional. I can't scroll down using my finger. I can sort of scroll down using my phone's S Pen and tapping the down arrow, but with over 150 products in my store it simply doesn't work for me. With each tap it only advances 1 row and usually after about the 4th or 5th tap it closes the drop down box.

I'm back to waiting for eJunkie to release their new functionality. And hopefully it will be mobile and tablet friendly so we can easily send download links.

Any more news? We're well past Q1, almost a month into Q2, and nothing ... I know it's frustrating getting peppered on this, but it's equally frustrating being told changes are coming "soon," "within a week or so," "imminent" ... and then nothing. :(

thanks;

We're pretty eager to launch and frustrated by the delays, too; Development just keeps telling us "a week or so" and then running into last-minute thorny challenges that take more time to sort out than they expected. From what I can tell by the work-in-progress alpha version we've started testing, everything but the Shipping and Discounts screens appears to be fully implemented already.

It is very important that the "Send transaction data to url" and the "Payment information Variable URL" stays the same in your html version, can you tell me if this is correct? we are heavily relying into this method for automatic account creation, basically with your new admin in place we should not have to change anything or have to incur new fees by hiring developers to work around your new admin correct?

On iOS Puffin browser is the best for accessing e-junkie admin, everything works.

Yes, all of our backend features and functionality will continue working the same as they do currently, including our custom/third-party Integration feature ("Send transaction data to a URL" and "Payment Variable Information URL" as well as "Common Notification URL"), so you shouldn't have to change or update anything to keep that working.

The only thing we're changing is the frontend Admin panel you use to manage your settings, which will work with our existing backend as a drop-in replacement for our current Flash-based Admin panel. We are at least taking this opportunity to relabel some settings to make their purpose less confusing and more self-apparent -- e.g., "Send transaction data to a URL" will be relabeled as "Custom/Third-Party Integration", and "Payment Variable Information URL" will be relabeled as "Product Notification URL" -- but again, the way those settings actually function and the variable names they transmit will remain unchanged.

Thank you for your answer, it is good to know that we do not have to develop new stuff for your new admin but i it may be good to beta test this new admin to check for issues before going live and functionality is broken, where we can test and check that all settings are working as they should?

Certainly, we are alpha testing the new Admin internally first, and then doing a round of beta testing with select clients, before we would take it live for everyone.

Is there an update on this? I would love to be able to send free download links from my mobile phone to my customers that have trouble downloading from the automated link. Then I could be free of being tethered to my laptop or PC.

Thanks
