Fixed price for US orders but not for international?

I have a button that has a fixed price for an item set at $5.35 but when international customers order this item it still charges them $5.35. How can I set a fixed price for customers in the USA at $5.35 and International customers have a fixed price of $15.00?

We have no way to automatically alter an item's price based on the buyer's location, but you could use Variants to add a location menu to the item's Add to Cart button, which would alter the item price accordingly:
