I'm trying to sell some video downloads on a remote server. I have everything set up properly from what I can tell but when I purchase the download and click the link I dont get a usable download. The html code is correct from what I can tell and the file is set on public access. When I go to play the downloaded file its only a fraction of the size and doesn't play at all. Any idea what may be causing this?

It appears we have been communicating with you by email on this issue already. The trouble is that the Remote Product File URL you provided for your product leads to a download page where the file can be downloaded in a browser, whereas that URL setting needs to point directly to the actual file itself. You may find this help page useful for determining the proper URL for your file:
