After making an update to our file uploader we discovered a bug that primarily affected downloads via the Firefox browser.
Files that were uploaded to our system on the 16th and 17th were not being delivered with their file extensions when downloaded via Firefox, which would cause the files to be unopenable unless the extension was manually added in by the user.
We have rolled back that change and all further file uploads will not have this issue. If you have received any complaints about download problems for new or updated files that were uploaded on the 16th or 17th we recommend uploading a fresh copy today to prevent any further trouble.
