Would it be possible to have an option in the seller admin preferences to create a list opt-in form on the standard e-junkie thank you page?

You may also be interested in our built-in Aweber integration, to have new buyers automatically submitted for subscription to your Aweber mailing lists:

(Aweber would first send them an opt-in link to confirm their wish to subscribe).
