Faster method to resend new code & Wordpress Plugin

Is there no quick option to resend a new code from code list to customer? Can we just add a button next to order for new code? This seems like an handy option for stores like mine with a multitude of micro transactions. It's pretty pain staking to check order then visit another page to send free code.

Also the word press plugin does not populate any data and the instructions are vague. I have tried making a store directory via ftp, creating a page with wordpress for the shop and many other configuration settings whenever I click view shop its 404 not found and when I view products tab in the plugin it's always empty.

You can use Send free download link / code in your E-junkie Dashboard under Manage Buyers in the left-hand sidebar menu to send anyone a code manually anytime.

The first time you set up the plugin, it can take several minutes to grab a copy of your product data from our server and generate the storefront in your WP site listing all of your E-junkie products. Make sure you don't have any existing page or subfolder at the Shop URL you enter in your plugin settings.

If nothing shows up after several minutes at the Shop URL you'd entered, it may be conflicting with some other plugin in your WP install -- e.g., the latest case we saw was resolved when the seller removed other plugins for another shopping cart/storefront and a 404 Not Found page customizer (it's not clear which one was the culprit, as they just removed them both).

Yes I have been using the send free download link. However if in the transaction log there was a quick access button there to resend another code it would save a lot of steps.

As for the wordpress plugin I've looked thru the source and it just isn't pulling information from the api. It has been a few days now still not working and have removed, re-installed, and cleared cache. The plugin is simple to setup I thought maybe I was missing steps.

I will avoid using the plugin.
