Facebook and Affiliates

Hello,

I don't know if this is possible or not, but I have a FaceBook page for my product, and I've used the Static HTML for my 'Buy Now' buttons. (I have 1 product that has 2 different formats, so I'm using 2 different 'Buy Now' buttons) I would like my landing page for my affiliates to go to the FaceBook 'Welcome Page' (tab).



My questions are:

1) Can I do that? or is there a work around?

2) Will the affiliates get credit when their customers go to the 'Order Tab' (the Static HTML)?

3) If so, will the affiliate get credit for the sale using the 'Buy Now' Buttons I currently have? Or would I need to have a shopping cart?

4) If I have to have a shopping cart, what is the code that I would use in Facebook?

You should have no problem linking to your facebook page, as long as the welcome page has its own distinct URL that you can link to it will work as a landing page.



Affiliates will still get credit for all purchases a buyer makes from you after they click through the affiliate link. That purchase can be on a different page from your landing page, it can be made at a later time or even from a completely different website if you sell elsewhere, our system will be able to catch it.



Don't worry about what kind of buttons you are using either, all that matters is that the buyer passes through an affiliate link. When they do that a cookie is added to their browser that lasts for six months. As long as that cookie persists all purchases the buyer makes from your account are credited to the affiliate regardless of the other details.
