I will be choosing the $18.00 per month option as it is the cheapest one to accommodate "external files", however I am not sure what that really means. Can you kindly describe what external files capability means?

"External files" means that rather than uploading a file in E-junkie Seller Admin, you simply upload the file on your website and just add the URL of the file in E-junkie Seller Admin while adding or editing your product. That way you are not bound by disk space limits on your E-junkie account.
