I have enabled express checkout within PayPal, but can't see where to turn it on in E-Junkie. If I click the box for PayPal Payments Pro, it shows the credit card option in the cart, but because we don't use (and don't want to use) Payment Pro, it wan't actually take the credit card payment.

There's no such setting on this end, I'm afraid. The Express checkout option only works with PayPal accounts so it isn't a good option when that is the only method of checkout you are offering. It works great alongside PayPal Pro's credit card gateway but not so much on its own.

We currently use e-junkie (which is great) with our PayPal standard account. I'm concerned that we lose sales when potential customers get to the cart and only see "Checkout with PayPal" even though with just a couple more clicks they can use a credit card. I hesitate to move to PayPal Pro because we lose some of the seller protection features of PayPal.



Is there a way to add a "Pay with credit card" button (which would take customers to the credit card info section of PayPal's checkout) or a link to an explanation about how to pay by credit card?

I'm sorry, but there would not be an option within E-junkie to provide a direct PayPal Credit Card checkout, beyond integrating our service PayPal Pro or Advanced. The checkout options provided with PayPal Standard are set by PayPal.
