Is the transaction log suitable for importing into a database? I have to calculate royalties for each of my authors, so I need to be able to track sales for each book.
You can use our custom/3rd-party Integration feature to have our system POST the order details to a script at your end for additional processing after each checkout:

You can also export batches of order data from your Transaction Log in a tab-delimited text file:
