Every 10th checkout for free...how to do this?

Instead of giving everybody a 10% off discount code, I'd like to be to able to make every 10th checkout for free. This way my customers have a motivation to buy stuff...Is there any way to do this in e-junkie?

There is not a way to add a discount that makes every 10th checkout free.
