Error: "we were unable to send code(s) to the buyer"

I started receiving the email below for each sale made from my website. I didn't chnage naything on e-junkie and I don't have a a code to be sent to the buyer anyway so I'm not sure why I'm receiving this. Can you help?



Copy of the email I receive below.

"This is a notification that for the transaction 7UW551364J402450D, we were unable to send code(s) to the buyer as your server did not return anything."

Please make sure that you don't have "generated codes" checked for any of the products sold in this transaction.
