A customer got this error message: "Please check your email for further instructions about your product(s). Sometimes spam filters block automated emails. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam filter or bulk email folder."

I've been selling that particular product without a hitch through both PayPal and Google. Apparently, she's the only one who's had an issue. Can you tell me what caused this?

That happens for Google Checkout when an order goes in "reviewing" state, then we process the order when Google gives it a green light.

For PayPal, that can happen is IPN is having issues like delays or if PayPal dropped the particular IPN.

I've been surfing around since finding that issue and discovered that AOL has an issue with people viewing PDFs without accessing the PDF through something like IE or Firefox. Could that have also caused that response? Regardless, I've posted a note in my generic email to advise AOL users to either directly download with a right click to the link, or to open/view the file using a browser like Firefox.
