We are getting an error "invalid API call" because I cannot find where on the e-junkie admin I can configure my API username, password and signature, please advise.

Please either switch to PayPal standard in E-junkie seller admin >Cart settings of if you want to use PayPal Pro, please follow the instructions on the PayPal Pro link provided there.
