A test transaction we did yielded the following error: “We're sorry, but an error occurred while processing your payment to PayPal. This error has been logged. You might want to go back and try your transaction again. Error 12: Declined: 15005-This transaction cannot be processed.” The transaction was performed on a Mac laptop using the Chrome browser. The payment method was a valid U.S. credit card. Our E-junkie cart is set up to accept credit card with Paypal Payments Advanced.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

"Declined" means exactly that; the card issuing bank declined to authorize the transaction. Make sure you're entering the card number, expiry date, CVV code, and billing address correctly, and we'd advise using a card which is not already linked to a PayPal account.

If you have further questions, contact PayPal support at 888-221-1161, which should get you to a better tier of support more acquainted with E-junkie than their regular front-line customer service agents.
