I asked for a request to stop sending out emails to customers with blank [%CODES%] when there are no more codes left in the list. This would confuse and anger customers. I don't use a download option, just templated email.
I was told this would be changed.
How can I be notified when this is completed?
Also do you know how it will handle the custsomers that are waiting on the [%CODES%] to be added to the list? Will it automatically ship out the on-hold customers after we enter more [%CODES%]?
