I must be insane - I can't find this. I already emailed the folks at e-junkie but if anybody else knows I'd aprpeciate it. Does the e-junkie full cart email confirmations to customers, and if so, does it do for both the credit card transactions and the free (no card) transactions?



In my case I am selling tangible items and also using the cart to discount so items are 'free' so that the customer is essentially sending me an invoice. But in either case I need an automatic email to go to the customer, and it's not happening now.

We automatically issue a thank-you email to the buyer for purchase of digital goods (downloads or codes); we do not issue thank-you emails by default for sales of tangible goods, although you can enable sending emails by typing a plaintext email message or template into the Email Message field in each product's configs.
