Why does the Product Configuration screen Email Subject Line Options box allow us to change the email subject title but it does not come through on the Thank You email we send out to customers?
If we are sending out a Thank You email for a vertain product shouldn't it be exactly like the product email during a normal paying customer transaction?
If this is only used to test our setup then why not make it exaclty like it would be during a normal paying customer transaction?
Maybe I don't understand what the THank You Email is for? I saw somewhere it is for testing and for live events. But if it doesn't mimic an actual paying customer transaction then it is limited in its help and confusing also.
