My transaction logs are loading extremely slow and often not loading at all. This problem started yesterday. Can this be fixed? I rely on my transaction logs daily.

We normally have a server dedicated primarily to performing transaction log queries, but yesterday that server started having some issues that we've seen crop up on it before somewhat recently, so we've had to move that function temporarily to another server while we sort out the issue with its primary server. The backup server it's currently running on just isn't as fast and also handles other functions, so log queries will be slower than usual until we sort out the issue and move log queries back to their primary server.

If you're performing log queries other than the default past-30-days display, it should help to narrow your search terms as much as possible -- e.g., search for a specific product and date range, or search for a specific transaction ID, invoice ID, buyer name or email whenever possible.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, with our thanks for your patience and understanding.

I'm having the same issue tonight. My transaction log is not loading and I'm in the middle of a flash sale during which I need to access this transaction log frequently. Any idea if this is the same issue as the previous post and when it will be resolved?

Thank you!

Please update us on the status of the transaction log. I also must have access to my transaction log frequently to verify buyer purchases when they complain they didn't get something they ordered or their link arrived already expired.

Thank you

Development has not informed us of any issue such as the one we previously described above, and I am having no trouble bringing up a Transaction Log at present. Sometimes what can happen is that the log server gets tied up by someone running a broad-range log query with an enormous number of results, so that can temporarily make the log server very sluggish to respond to anyone else until that query concludes.

For that reason, we recommend as a courtesy to others that you should run log queries limited to the scope (specific product, date range, and/or affiliate) that you actually require, rather than running a broad query for all tranasctions ever, in cases where you know you don't actually need the server to look up that much data. This will actually make your own query return results faster as well.

Any news on this? I haven't been able to load any logs or download them for the last hour.

Very frustrating as I need to pull up some statistics comparing the last two months of sales.

is there a problem with the transaction log this afternoon?

steady sales until 13:00 MSt - then nothing

very strange

No issues that we're aware of, and it appears that we've logged some sales for you since you posted, so as far as we can tell, it seems you just had a brief lull in sales this afternoon.
