I have a payment to make to my affiliate - it's the first time. The 50% calculated through paypal sales show gross amount, not net of paypal fees. How to easily calculate so that I pay 50% of net sales?Thx, Eliana
If you are using E-junkie's affiliate system then you can get a Mass Pay file from your Seller Admin page for the previous completed month which will give you the total payment that should go to your affiliates. You can get this file by going to Seller Admin>Pay Your Affiliates. You can then upload this file to your PayPal account. If you did not setup the affiliate commission at 50% then you will want to go to Seller Admin>View/Download Transaction Log and manually calculate the commission amount for each affiliate. You will then need to log into your PayPal account and manually pay each affiliate.
I did not receive a response to my question - which is about calculation of the NET amount - 50% (which I already have set up) MINUS the paypal fee. The e junkie sales and affiliate amounts reflect gross receipts. But each time a sale is made through paypal, they automatically take out a portion for their fee. I need to mass pay 50% of NET sales.Do I have to do this manually? Or is it calculated NET automatically through the mass payment function between ejunkie and paypal?
Sorry, you would have to calculate the commission percentage minus the PayPal transaction fee manually.
