I've been looking around for the last 10 minutes and can't find this. Apparently when I loaded my products I must have checked Hop Link only. Now I've had someone asking for a Direct Link and can't figure out how to go back and add that.

That would be a product-specific affiliate setting, so you won't find it in your common affiliate program settings. See this help page for more info:
