I am working with a company called Highjump to set up EDI to automate the transfer of my amazon dropship orders in to Quickbooks and then using their shipping module, to print Fedex and UPS labels.

It would be great if I could download / access the the e-junkie transaction file in an EDI compliant format?

If you simply want to integrate your E-junkie sales with QuickBooks, a company called ConsoliBYTE offers a solution for that:

http://consolibyte.com/quickbooks-integration/ejunkie-quickbooks/

Otherwise, you would use our standard Integration method to have us transmit the order data to the URL of a custom/third-party script:

If the PayPal IPN-style data format we use for Integration transmission is not suitable for your needs as-is, then you would have us submit the data to a custom "middleman" script at your end which would then save or retransmit the data in whatever format you require (this is basically what ConsoliBYTE's QuickBooks integration does).

Thanks - we currently use ConsoliBYTE but we are looking for a more integrated approach

I think the option of translating the data may work for us
