This is my first time using e-junkie. I'm trying to upload my first product, an ebook (PDF), which is a mere 2.5MB in size.

When I do the upload it gets about 20% done, or less, and then gets the following error in my browser:

Secure Connection Failed

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

* The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

* Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I tried deleting the entry and starting over. No good.

I verified that I have 200MB of available space.

I get the same error with either IE 11 or Firefox 45. My OS is Windows 8.1.

I opened a ticket but it's the weekend, so I thought I would reach out to the community of fellow users. :-)

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

This help page explains some common reasons for upload problems and how to resolve them:

If those tips still don't resolve the problem, we're aware some users are affected by a problem with our uploader tool; we're working on a fix for that. If you are still having a problem, send an email in using the contact option at the bottom of our website to be given a link for an alternate upload tool.

Thank you for the information. I had the actual account owner, Jack, try uploading the PDF on his PC. It worked!

He is using Windows 7 and the browser is Chrome. I think that may be the issue. Chrome worked but it failed with IE and Firefox. This info may prove helpful for you in your problem resolution.
