I want to integrate e junkie with WP can you please help me or give me any idea regarding this.

Once you set up your products in E-junkie Seller Admin, we provide ready-made HTML codes for your cart buttons. You would simply copy the codes from us and paste them into the HTML source of your own Web site pages, wherever you want our buttons to appear among your own layout, text and images. Our standard cart would appear as an overlay "inside" your own page, fitting within your site's existing layout and branding, or you can use Buy Now buttons that bypass the cart to take buyers directly to instant checkout for just one item at a time.

We only provide cart buttons you can add to your site; we do not provide site templates or a storefront layout, which is entirely up to you. That site you linked appears to sell the WP themes featured there, so if that's what you want, you can purchase your desired theme from them. Contact them if you need further advice about which theme to purchase or how to set it up.

I already have WP theme for my shop. I only think about maybe some of plugin which can show filterable products from e junkie. Thanks.

I infer by "filterable" you mean subdividing product pages into categorized groups? You would simply add product pages in WP for whatever products and categories you wish, then copy and paste your cart button codes for each product into their respective pages. There may be some WP plugins which can help you manage page categories, but that would not involve our system at all.
