Sadly, it's not a local machine issue, it's a Norton issue!
We have been getting a lot of such complaints, and what we have been doing is sending our customers (who have Norton) this information and advising them to upgrade to a CD.
<<There's the problem. Unfortunately Norton Anti Virus has itself a little bug which gives a 'false positive' whenever it meets an 'autorun.exe' programme, one of which is included within the download package.. Not just us.. Many software suppliers are having this problem at the moment.. It all started a couple of months ago with a new Norton update (downloaded very quietly via your broadband connection!) The rejection is not based on finding an actual virus, but on whether Norton knows who you are! All very strange when we have been selling downloads without problems for over five years now!!
This is what Norton have to say about it.

Unfortunately, they are not warning users or allowing them to make the final decision.
We are, at the moment, in negotiations with Norton to be put on their 'White List'. They seem to have little sense of urgency and say it will be at least two months.>>

To possibly avoid future detections of your files as WS.Reputation.1, please try the following. 1. Digitally sign binaries. 2.
