Not yet; once the new Seller Admin we've been working on is ready, we can consider adding new features/functionality such as this, but we'll keep it on the wishlist as a reminder.
However, aside from the sequential product-adding technique I described above, we can also import a batch of new products that would start as clones of an existing product, changing only the Item Name, Item Number and Price, and optionally the shipping Weight, Remote Product File URL and/or buyer-selectable Variations (size, color, etc.).
