Is it possible to know for sure whether someone has downloaded a file? The transaction log mentions the number of attempts, but not whether the file was actually transferred.
It is not technically possible to determine when a download has completed successfully; we can only count how many times the buyer has Attempted to start the download on their link, with no way of knowing what happened after they clicked the link.
