Is it possible to download logs older than a month ago? I'm trying to export all previous sales, which go back to when I signed up late last year. However, when I input the date from when I signed up, and leave the end date as today, all I get is a blank table.



Is it possible?

You would simply go to Seller Admin > View/Download Transaction Log, select the date range you want to view, and click View Log. Once you've done that, you can also save any log view to your computer by clicking the Download Log button.



I'm not seeing any problem with these functions presently; perhaps you just encountered some sort of temporary connection glitch when you tried it earlier? Try it again now, and if you're still having trouble, let us know which browser program you're using.

Er, never mind. Count this as one of those user-end problems where the user is stupid.



(AKA I entered the start date in the end date field)
