Hi there,



I've never had this problem in the last year+ I've been downloading logs. I'm wanting to download my October transaction log, but after I download, it's the July report. I changed it to this month (November), to see what would happen, and I still get the same July report.



Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We are not currently experiencing problems with our transaction logs. Since the log file downloads with the same name each time, verify that when you download the file, that the location does not already have a file with that name.
