Hi.



I'm trying to download the information for our customers in the 'log' but its only giving me 32 results in the download.. (we have many more customers)



Is this a bug?

The Transaction Log always initially defaults to show only the past rolling-month of sales. You can change the date range at the top and then click View Log to show all transactions we handled for you during those dates, and of course you can click Download Log to save any log view to a file on your computer, which you can unzip and view in any spreadsheet program. Also, note that the visible display of the Log in your browser window (not the download file) may be subdivided into multiple pages if you had a lot of sales in your chosen date range.

Sure I'm aware of the default view.



I selected the last year and the log showed the full number of customers..



then I tried downloading the file.



This functionality has worked for me in the past; it just wasn't working today.

I tried several times.



Still think it could be a bug...

Whatever the case, i just tried again and its working.



I'm not sure what was going on earlier today.

Glad you got it working, not sure what the glitch could have been earlier, but if it happens again let us know ASAP, so we can look into it.
