On the last few ebook sales I have made, the download email has not been sent to buyers.

I get the notifications from Paypal and e-junkie that all is well, but some hours or days later I get an email from the buyer asking how they go about getting the e-books.

Do I have something checked or not checked under the new website design?

Hmm, that's very odd. Your settings are still correct and the default product emails are still being sent but there've been no downloads on the links for your last four orders.

You can test the email messages in your account using Seller Admin > Send Free Download Link. That uses the default product email and you can send one to yourself to see what it looks like and verify that they are being sent. Please let us know if this problem persists.

I have sent free email links to the buyers who did not receive the purchase email. In one case I had to resend the free link 2-3 times before it was received, but otherwise it worked.

I just now sent a free download link to myself and it arrived within a minute or so and looked fine.

Then I tried to buy a guide through another address and account. Worked fine. Received the link and downloaded, etc.

Not sure what the problem is, but will notify you if the problem continues.

Glad to hear the newer emails were delivered as expected. I can't imagine what might have happened to those previous orders but we'll keep an eye out for any other unusual circumstances like this, thanks for letting us know.
