I began noticing this on Thursday when it broke our auto license generation system.



When using the "Send Free ThankYou Email" option in the admin panel, the ItemNumber is posted twice. For some of us, this causes the ItemNumber bucket to have a duplicate value, ala



ItemNumber=4,4



This is breaking our auto license generation system. What is this change? Was it by design or a bug.

Note: that when an order is completed normally through Google Checkout (our only merchant processor) the ItemNumber is not posted in duplicate to the license generation server. The error only occurs when using the "Send Free Thank You Email" option.
