I have taken over the development of a website which employs your service. This site is home to our business ethics simulations. These simulations require our users to purchase a seven digit code as a username via paypal and your service.
I am emailing because we have a new edition of the simulation ready for release. This new version uses ten character codes instead of seven. I need to set that up with your company as soon as possible. The catch, is that i am no longer in contact with the developer of the first edition, so i don't have any login or account information.
