I've been trying to set up my shipping costs for ages. Either the shopping cart shows zero for the shipping costs or it adds about $40, which wildly exceeds the shipping costs.

I put in the figures I want, but clearly the website is not working properly. I have reported this loads of times, but these people are doing nothing to solve the problem.

They keep sending me instructions to set up my shipping costs, but the instructions do not work. This is very frustrating.

Anybody have a suggestion for how to solve this?

Thanks.

Are you remembering to click the Submit button to save changes when you follow the instructions we've provided to you previously? Nobody else has reported that their settings fail to get saved after they click the Submit button, and we see no reason in our system why that could even happen to you or anyone. The way our service works, there's really no way that something on our end could work for everybody except one person, since everyone uses the exact same functions in common; either it works for everybody or it works for nobody.

We cannot change any settings for you without your password. If you email us your E-junkie login password (do not post it here!), along with an explanation of exactly what you want to charge for shipping, then we can log into your account "as you" to change your settings and verify that those settings get saved properly.

Yes, of course I have pressed the "submit" button.

Regardless of what anybody else has or has not reported, these problems persist. The site updates but in the wrong way, as I have describe above.

We cannot change any settings for you if you do not email us your password. We would need that to log into your account "as you" to change your settings for you. You will also need to explain to us exactly what you want your settings to do, how you actually want shipping to be calculated, etc. Please email your password and instructions to us here:

I did not as you to change the settings for me.

I think I have finally sorted this out. But this was not straightforward. Certainly not user friendly! You seem to have made this as complicated as possible.
