Do you charge a commission?

I run an entertainment company that is responsible for a school district wide fundraiser for scholarships and need to sell our record as "digital downloads" immediately through our paypal account and want to discuss this with you.

I need to know the steps and commissions you guys take so I can get the best deal around.
