Do not want to ship, customer pickup on a specific date

I am using Google Checkout, when a customer purchases an item they get an email that says it has shipped.



Our items will not be shipped, they will pick them up. How can I configure the product so the do not get the shipped email?

That email is controlled by Google Checkout and it not editable.
