Subject line pretty much says it all. Do I still pay the subscription fee when I don't have items for sale?



Sorry if this was asked elsewhere - I read whatever info I could find and did a search and didn't find an answer. Thanks!

We only require a paid subscription if you're using E-junkie to sell your own products online. You can use your account indefinitely at no cost if you're only participating in other sellers' affiliate programs.

So as long as I deleted the item I was selling (it's a seasonal product), I won't be billed until I add another one? Or do I have to cancel my subscription somewhere?

You will need to cancel your subscription by going to Seller Admin > Cancel Subscription within your E-junkie account.



We don't have a way to remotely update subscriptions on this end, so we can't change things to suit what products are currently in your account. If you cancel your subscription that will stop any further payments, but you still have access to your account and can start a new subscription later if you plan to add more products.
