I have been a happy E-junkie customer for quite some time now. I have used the service for several clients and everything works very smoothly and reliably.

For the first time, I need to set up a somewhat complicated discount situation. We sell an item that costs $49.95. We want to offer a quantity discount to a customer who is going to buy 10 times. We want to take off !5% and also give them free shipping (usually it is a flat $5 an item). I can't seem to get it to work properly. Either I can't get the shipping to work or I can't get the two discounts to work at the same time.

Any guidance would be appreciated very much!

Thank you!

In any given buyer's cart, you can have only one cart-wide discount (set for All Cart Items), plus one product-specific discount for each item in the cart. Perhaps you could use the cart-wide discount for free shipping, then use the same Discount Code to create a series of product-specific discounts that would mark down the per-unit price of each item accordingly?
