I am new to ejunkie and need some help urgently please. I have read all the help sections etc and I cannot get my Discount code to work. It is placed on a specific product and there is a box which appears correctly on my site telling people to enter the code here. You can enter the code and the number you have to type in for the code appears on Paypal when you checkout - but it does not reduce the total price. Help please. Many thanks.

It sounds like you are trying to use a discount with a Buy Now button. Buy Now buttons cannot use discounts which have any qualifying conditions such as an expiration date or a maximum use limit, both of which have been set on the discount you've created in your account.



If you remove all qualifying conditions (by deleting them or setting them to zero) the discount will work with a Buy Now button.
