Discount code box not appearing in cart

Hi there.



I have a strange problem. I released a new product on my site yesterday and during the day, a couple of times, the discount code box disappeared from the cart window when people were purchasing.



I went into the back-end of my site (which is on the Wordpress platform) and the code had changed. This hadn't happened initially, it appeared to have happened of its own accord later on. Which I find incomprehensible.



Now I have a situation where the code looks fine and the page works perfectly for me and for others, but some customers are not seeing the discoung coe box still!



I'm using the e-junkie code, not Paypal. And for those who are having a problem, trying different computers and/or browsers doesn't seem to make any difference.



Anybody any idea what might be happening?

Ah, I've spotted something.



The button code is, for some reason, not creating the Discount Code box.



Why is it doing that? Why would it not create the discount code box?

Our cart automatically determines whether or not a discount box should be included based on whether or not there are any discounts which can be applied to the items currently within the cart.

Thanks, yes. I made a tiny mistake on the discount code I made and didn't notice it (two products with very similar names, basically).
