Landro, I'm seeing only one order in your Transaction Log that we've processed for you today, at 17:51:15. If that's the affected order, that product is correctly configured to send emails, so most likely it wound up in the buyer's spam folder, or perhaps the buyer's email provider is having a delivery delay issue. We are not having any general issues sending emails today.
If that's not the affected order, its absence from your Transaction Log would indicate we never received IPN from PayPal confirming completed payment, so follow the troubleshooting steps here to sort that out:

BTW, we would have responded to your issue sooner if you'd emailed us; we usually only check this forum once or twice a day, and the voicemail you left on our service outage hotline didn't mention any details we could use to identify your account and troubleshoot your specific issue.
