Is it proper, and is there a way, to use e-junkie to host a demo download?

Here is the situation: I am going to give away a certain part of my software, but it is bundled with the demo portion of the full version of the software. I would like to capture a valid e-mail address before I send them the free software with demo. I could even use the standard key system for them demo.

So I guess my question is this: If I set up an item with zero cost in the store, what happens when people check out? I do not want the user to add anything more than their e-mail address to check-out, so it would bypass paypal, etc, for this one item.

Nevermind, I was able to figure it out. The answer is yes, put it in as a free item. free checkout only requires name and email address. codes sent as usual
