I want to polish my presale order list and make it accurate and correct.



I think there are two things I’m looking for.



One: How to delete/remove/cancel orders I personally placed while testing (those products should still exist in physical inventory, even though the inventory counter counted them as being sold. I’d still like to sell them). I’d like to remove all trace of these orders, not just change the inventory counter number. Is this possible?



Two, about 5 customers sent me emails after placing their presale order saying, “Whoops! PayPal’s default isn’t the shipping address I want. Can you send it to … XXX? “. I’d like to go into the 5 incorrect orders and replace their shipping addresses with the correct ones. I’d thought about deleting/removing/canceling those orders and just re-adding them as freebies, with the correct addresses, but I don’t know how to delete orders. I also don’t know how to update shipping addresses.



Ultimately, this should result in my ability to download search results that are correct, clean and clear. Any advice you can give me?
