Hi there,

I need a shopping cart that only allows users to checkout when they are logged in. Is there a way to remove the paypal and google checkout buttons from the view cart view and move it to a page of my desire. Do you have an API from which I can read the items in the cart so I can build my custom checkout page?

We don't have any way to support what you describe, and it sounds like what you really need is an e-commerce software package you'd install to run on your own server, rather than a shared, centrally-managed "software as a service" such as we provide.

One workaround is to force the user to sign in before they can add to their cart. An API to tell what items are in the cart would be great though.

Is there a way to tell if the user has removed an item from the cart? We sell tangible goods, but they are custom created so we have to keep track of orders on our end as well because we have more than 3 customizable options and e-junkie only supports 3 variants.

There is not a way to tell if a buyer removes a product from their cart or if they abandon a cart.
