One of my customers is getting the following message when trying to download my product. What does this mean? I tried resetting the download link but he still gets the same message.





"C:\Users\HP_User\Downloads\weightlosstips.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.



Try again later, or contact the server administrator.



The link link is now expired from trying to download again."

That seems like the buyer may be using some sort of download accelerator which tries to divvy-up the download into several parts and download each part at the same time, so those simultaneous downloads are instantly expiring every attempt you allow for the link. Re-activate their link and ask the buyer to retry the download directly through any browser's regular download method (without using extra download helpers).
