I'm testing a site where CD tracks are downloaded. Everything works fine (PayPal notification, etc)
except...
I (as customer) am never directed to actual download page
It's been sitting on this for about fifteen minutes
"Your payment is currently pending. Your order will be processed after the payment is complete. "
People aren't going to wait that long for a download.
Any thoughts, suggestions?

That sounds like we are not receiving confirmation of completed payment from PayPal. Please see this help page for tips to troubleshoot and fix the source of that problem:

This also can be caused by your email associated with PayPal hasn't been confirmed.
