My customers, when they purchase a book, are being charged the shipping fee twice once they get to Paypal. Your cart seems to be working fine. But then the total being charged at paypal shows a second shipping charge being added and on the customer's receipt it comes up as handling. I hope I'm making sense here. I charge 2.50 for one book, but on the customer's receipt there shows a second charge for handling. I just refunded the handling to a customer a few minutes ago. How do I get rid of the handling? I checked my Paypal settings and nothing has changed there...and like I said, your cart appears to be working correctly until the customer is transferred to Paypal.
