What happens when someone from UK comes to my site? I am using ejunkie with PayPal, and after checking on their site, I didn't see anything about currency conversions. What's a buyer with British pounds going to do when faced with US $ pricing?

PayPal will handle currency conversions automatically during the checkout process. You don't need to enable any settings on this end to allow that, but you may want to be sure that your PayPal account processes these automatically rather than blocking them or requiring your manual approval, see our help page about those PayPal settings here:
